Yuzu Seasonal Berries

Presented on our favourite chinoiserie cake board, we’ve dressed up the yuzu chiffon with fresh cream and added seasonal berries! This light, refreshing and mildly sweet cake is always a hit with the young and old.

We use only Japanese fresh yuzu in our bakes. Each chiffon cake is made from the zest of one whole yuzu fruit and our special homemade yuzu jam.

Ingredients: Fresh yuzu, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder

Please note that the yuzu is a winter fruit and is only available from November to March each year. We do not use any commercially bottled yuzu jam for our cakes as they contain preservatives and simply do not produce the quality that we desire of our cakes.

Our yuzu chiffon cakes comes in a standard size of 8 inches and serves 8-12 pax. Cake should be refrigerated upon collection/delivery.
