Should you be unable to find a delivery/collection slot, this could mean that all the baking slots for the day have been fully committed. We thank you for your support and hope to bake for you soon.

ORDERING INFORMATION
Order Lead Time:
- Monthly Specials – 5 days
- Last Minute Cakes – 1 day. Please note that Last Minute Cakes should be checked out separately from Pre-order cakes (e.g. Monthly Specials).
- Custom Cakes – 3 weeks.
Opening Hours
- We are currently open only on Fridays and Saturdays.
- From time to time, we may change our operating days. Kindly check our Instagram page for such announcements.
- Please note that we do not entertain walk-ins.
Cake Ordering and Design
- All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars and exclude delivery charges.
- For Custom Cakes, payment should be made at least 7 days before date of collection/ delivery via PayNow Transfer to +65 9731 2267. For cakes ordered via our website, payment can be made via Credit Card upon checkout.
- Cake colour, designs and decorations are subject to slight variations and availability of seasonal edible flowers.
- Fresh fruits are seasonal, thus their sweetness and texture may vary.
- We sell only whole cakes and are unable to pre-cut the cakes as this may affect the quality of the cake upon delivery.
- We reserve the rights to substitute, change, accept or reject any orders or cake designs.

Do drop us a what’s app at +65 9731 2267 to enquire. We generally respond within 1-2 business days, and thank you in advance for your patience.
Cancellations
As all our bakes are specially made-to-order, we do not encourage any last-minute cancellation. However, if you do need to cancel your order, please be aware of the following conditions:
- 7 days before Date of Collection: 100% Refund or Postponement*
- 3-6 days before Date of Collection: 50% Refund or Postponement*
- Less than 3 days: No refund and no postponement

*Postponement of your cake order must not be more than 1 month from date of purchase, and will depend on our availability.
Exchange
Please note that items sold are not exchangeable.
Changes in order
If you require any changes to your delivery order, we do have a 48 hours’ notice period as this may often involve coordination with our service vendors. We seek your understanding that we may not always be able to accommodate all change requests.
Candles request
We are able to provide 1 elegant gold complimentary candle. Do remember to request this upon checkout.
Card message
A TBF complimentary gift card will be provided for every order upon request at checkout. We are happy to provide a hand-written message during non-peak periods*. Please indicate the message correctly upon placing your order. Do note that due to space constraint on the TBF Gift Card, please keep your message to 30 words. We reserve the rights to accept or reject any request of message on the card.
*This service is not available one month before Christmas and Chinese New Year.
Writings on the cake
We do not write on cakes. However, we are happy to hand-write your message on a complimentary TBF Gift Card (max 30 words) as indicated above.
LOCAL DELIVERY/ SELF-COLLECTION
Collection Details:
- Self-collection of cakes will be from West Coast area (near Ayer Rajah Market) between 11am to 5pm. The exact collection address will be provided upon confirmation of the order and can be found in the invoice confirmation which will be emailed.
- For self-collection of customised cakes, please check with us via WhatsApp to arrange for a specific collection time.
- However, if self-collection is not quite convenient for you, we do provide outsourced delivery services at $12 for Monthly Specials for each order per delivery location within Singapore.
Delivery Details:
- Delivery timing: Deliveries will be made between 12pm to 6pm.
- We use third-party courier parties for our deliveries. These delivery partners are well-established with a good track record of delivering our cakes in Singapore.
- Our delivery partner will provide you with an SMS or email on the estimated time of delivery, which is usually a 2-hour range. You will be able to track the delivery online via the link that the delivery partner provides.
- Surcharges may apply for delivery into CBD area and Sentosa, as well as during festive peak periods.
- We are not able to cater for specific time deliveries. Hence if you need to have a specific delivery time, we would advise you to place your order on Self-Collect basis and thereafter, arrange your own 3rd party delivery services (eg. Grab Express / Lalamove) to pick up your cake at your preferred timing. IMPORTANT: Please arrange CAR PICK UP. Do not select bike pick up as our cakes will not be able to survive a bike ride.
- Please provide an accurate address and contact number of the person accepting the product. In the event where the courier arrives at a location and is not able to deliver the product, the courier will attempt to call the customer and wait for 10 mins. If there is a failed delivery, the delivery partner will return the product to Ten Butter Fingers. Arrangement for re-delivery on the same day will incur an additional $10-$30 delivery fee subjected to distance and availability of driver, and this will be at the customer’s expense.
- Please communicate any changes to delivery instructions 1 day before order delivery date. No changes in delivery address will be entertained on the day of delivery.
Custom Cake Delivery & Specific Time Delivery
A S$25-$30 delivery fee will be applicable to one location within Singapore. The delivery hours are between 11am – 7pm. Do contact us at WhatsApp: +65 9731 2267 for this special arrangement. For specific timing deliveries, our delivery partner will take all reasonable measures to deliver products on or before the time for delivery set out in our order confirmation, please allow a 30 minutes buffer time in the event of poor traffic conditions.
