Inspired by Pierre Hermès Ispahan Raspberry Rose Lychee recipe, this cake has a surprising Asian twist to it.

Lychees are infused with zest of green lime, raspberries and sandwiched between 2 layers of lychee-lime infused sponge. The cake is topped with edible rose petals and finished with a touch of edible gold foil.

This is the kind of cake that says “it’s time to be kind to yourself, whatever life throws at you.”
