Pandan Chiffon

Revisiting a childhood favourite and one of the very first chiffon cake flavours I started baking. We use only freshly squeezed pandan extract. Please note that the colour of this cake tends to be lighter and the flavour of fresh pandan is also slightly more subtle than cakes baked with artificial pandan essence. We like it natural this way and hope you do too.

Our chiffon cakes comes in a standard size of 8 inches and serves 8-12 pax. Cake should be refrigerated upon collection/delivery and is best served within 3 days.

Ingredients: Fresh pandan extract, coconut milk, coconut oil, seasalt, eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder
