It’s mango season, but not every mango ticks the box for us. I can’t believe the number of mango varieties we taste tested before approving of this sweet and creamy mango which is embedded within a passionfruit jelly and layered over lemon cream cheese and a savoury crust.
A big winner with both the young and old!
Please note that mango is a seasonal fruit and we will make this cake only when this variety is in season.
