Created for those of us who dream of cherry blossoms and crisp spring mornings in Japan, this delicate cheesecake features tangy bits of plum encased in a soft cream cheese base. Topped with a translucent sakura jelly and lightly salted cherry blossoms, it’s a poetic bite of the season’s finest.
