TBF Junior and I have a special thing for anything with lemon curd.

So we’ve created this lemon curd cake made of 2 delicate sponge cakes drizzled with elderflower syrup, sandwiched by a thick layer of homemade lemon curd and fresh cream. It’s a palette pleaser with its lemony zing!

A great afternoon tea cake and the perfect cake after a heavy meal!

The cake does not contain any preservatives and is best served within 2 days. Refrigeration required.
