Juicy chitose strawberries are enveloped in fresh cream and a thick luscious coating of valrhona chocolate ganache, which is then sandwiched between 2 layers of light chocolate sponge, and topped off with more strawberries! The sweetness of the strawberry complements the aromatic bitter notes of the dark chocolate ganache, leaving a harmonious bite.
